RUN FIRST
Hi, Mel!
Your finger already knows the way to Instagram, YouTube, or your current game.
One video leads to another. One round turns into another round.
You close the app. Ten minutes later, you open it again without thinking.
Every run adds minutes to your bank. When it is empty, the apps you chose stay blocked.
Choose the apps to block and how many minutes each kilometre adds. RunWall then reads your new runs from Health automatically.
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, a game, or any other app that takes up too much of your time. They stay blocked outside a session.
RunWall automatically reads new running workouts saved in Health. You do not need to start anything in RunWall.
Each kilometre adds minutes to your bank. Any minutes you do not use stay available.
Your apps are unlocked for that amount of time, then blocked again automatically.
Your current settings stay in place during the wait. RunWall then asks you to confirm.
You add Instagram to the apps protected by RunWall.
Your request is saved, but Instagram stays blocked.

No. RunWall detects workouts added manually in Health and does not count them.
Quick Reply unlocks your apps for 60 seconds. If your bank has minutes, one minute is removed. If it is empty, the reply is free, then a waiting period applies. Emergency adds ten minutes once a week, only when your bank is empty.
Your chosen apps are blocked again automatically. You can also stop early and keep the remaining minutes.
Yes. The request waits for 24 hours. The app stays blocked during that time. RunWall then asks you to confirm the removal.
RunWall has no user accounts and no server that stores your activity. Your runs, minutes, and settings stay on your iPhone and in your private iCloud. Only your purchases are counted, without your name — see the privacy policy.
