“I can’t delete apps anymore”
This is expected and takes only a few seconds to fix.
While RunWall protects your apps, iOS temporarily disables app deletion on your iPhone.
To delete an app without turning off blocking:
- In RunWall, open the Settings tab.
- Tap “Help and frequently asked questions.”
- Open “I can’t delete an app anymore.”
- Tap “LET ME DELETE AN APP.”
Tap the button, then delete the app within 10 seconds. The apps you chose stay blocked and your minutes do not change.
If the button is missing or does not work, email us at support@runwall.app.
My runs are missing
RunWall reads your running workouts from Health. These are the three most common causes.
1 · Health access is turned off
Open Health → your profile picture → Apps → RunWall, then turn on the requested categories.
2 · Your watch or running app has not synced yet
Open your watch or running app and refresh it. Then check that the run appears in Health. If it is not there, RunWall cannot read it.
3 · The run was added manually
Runs added by hand do not count. Health marks them as manual, so RunWall leaves them out.
I changed phones or reinstalled the app
RunWall → Settings → Restore purchases
Sign in to the same Apple Account and iCloud account. RunWall automatically restores your runs, minutes, and settings from your private iCloud.
You will need to choose your blocked apps again. If your purchase is missing, open RunWall → Settings → Restore purchases.
Cancel my subscription
On your iPhone:
Settings → your name → Subscriptions → RunWall+ → Cancel Subscription
You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Your runs and minutes stay saved, so they will still be there if you return later.
Request a refund
Apple handles payments and refunds. Submit your request at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Email us at support@runwall.app. We reply within a few days.
You can also use “Contact us” in the Settings tab. RunWall prepares a message with useful technical details, which helps us solve the problem faster.
My problem is not solved
If something is not working as expected — such as a missing run or an incorrect number of minutes — use the same button:
RunWall → Settings → Contact us
The draft already includes a diagnostic log: a list of what the app did during the past seven days. It does not include your first name, your motivation, or the names of the apps you block. Nothing is sent until you tap “Send.”
This file helps us understand the problem without asking you for several screenshots.
